How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
We store all our indie brews in temperature-controlled environments and use sturdy, insulated packaging to protect the bottles and cans from light and heat during shipping.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Since we are shipping alcohol, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the package upon delivery.
What happens if a bottle breaks during shipping?
While we use specialized transit-safe packaging, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Where do you source your beers from?
We partner exclusively with independent microbreweries across the country to bring you unique, small-batch releases that you won't find in your local supermarket.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Can I return beer if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preference. However, if there is a quality issue with the product, please let us know.
