At indiebeer, we strive to ensure every brew arrives in peak condition; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Carefully check your order upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items before opening the bottles or cans.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods to initiate a formal return or replacement request.
- 3.Package the Items
Place the unused items back into their original reinforced transit packaging to ensure they are protected during the return journey to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we verify the returned stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
