This Smoothie Sour starts as a 10% ABV kettle sour Berliner Weisse and after maturation Ophiussa add in 50% of volume in strawberry. They donāt let the strawberry ferment so the aromatics stay true to those of the original fruit and as a result of the fruit dilution the final ABV is 5%! No lactose, no marshmallow, no vanilla, no nothing! Just lactic acid versus fructose! Thatās the simple balance we like!
