Aromatic and acidic with notes of apple, pear and gooseberry. This white beer / wine hybrid is made up of stainless steel aged golden wild ale, fermented with Pastores mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes, rested on used Chardonnay skins collected from Four Acres Estate, grown in Hertfordshire.
