Clos Kixhaya is the project of winemakers Beatrice Papamija and Ćtienne Le Blanc, based in the Loire Valley. Their philosophy is one of minimal intervention, with their vineyards in the third year of organic conversion, although they work beyond the minimum requirements for both organic and biodynamic certification. They place biodiversity as a priority, striving to promote life in the vineyard and disturb the natural environment as little as possible
