70% Moschofilero, 20% Roditis, 10% Muscat, from Greece.

Fermented for 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks, this wine is a blend typical to this region of Greece.

Aromatic and beautifully balanced with a refreshing stone fruit taste, medium acidity and a long finish.

It is punchy enough to stand up to food, but also very easy to drink on it's own - a perfect ApƩritif.

Located in Bathra, just outside the town of Argos, the Danaon Gea winery is run by Dimitris Douros. Dimitris' father set up the winery in 1976 with very little cash, and now, 45 years on, it's thriving. They use extremely modern techniques in their state of the art facility, combined with a passion for tradition and heritage. They stay true to the region by growing local indigenous grapes, and combine them with internationally known varieties to produce beautifully balanced wines.

Dimitris champions a low-intervention approach to growing and harvesting his grapes, and all picking is done by hand into crates - painstakingly slow (and hard on your
back), but worth it.
